1. Introduction

Welcome to wd999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and wd999, governing all access to and use of the wd999 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and digital wallet transactions.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wd999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using wd999 and close your account.

3. Account Registration

To access wd999's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

The following conditions apply to all wd999 accounts:

• Each individual may hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• You must notify wd999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• wd999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account registration is free of charge. wd999 does not charge an account opening fee.
• wd999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

During or after registration, wd999 may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Accounts for which KYC has not been completed may be subject to deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, or suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

wd999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed via encrypted, secure payment gateways.

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on wd999:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your wd999 account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wd999 balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the wd999 Payment FAQ. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on your selected payment method and the outcome of any pending verification requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been registered to your wd999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• wd999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity is flagged for review.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only the resulting real-money winnings derived from bonus play may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to withdrawal caps specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• wd999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which wd999 accepts no responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

wd999 offers a range of sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, Test matches), football, tennis, and other sports as made available on the Platform from time to time. The following rules apply to all bets placed on wd999:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the wd999 system. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly permitted under these Terms or specific market rules.
• wd999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds offered, including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. wd999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, wd999's specific market settlement rules for that sport and event type shall apply. Unsettled bets on cancelled events will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• wd999 sets maximum stake and maximum payout limits, which apply across all sports and bet types. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at wd999's discretion.
• Any bet placed using information not in the public domain, or that constitutes the use of insider knowledge, shall be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

6. Casino Games

wd999 offers a range of casino and slot games sourced from licensed third-party game providers. All games available on wd999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, are operated by professionally trained live dealers in regulated studio environments.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG casino games are set by the game provider and are available within the individual game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs. wd999's decision on the resolution of disputed game rounds shall be final.
• wd999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended for maintenance without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the specific rules of each jackpot network as defined by the game provider. wd999 is not the jackpot operator and accepts no liability for jackpot-related disputes beyond those within its direct control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wd999 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your wd999 account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance and subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual offer's terms. The applicable wagering multiple will always be clearly stated at the point of bonus claim.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without replacement.
• wd999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have been credited but before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any derived winnings will be removed from affected accounts.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or referrals to oneself are strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wd999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

9. Responsible Gaming

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the wd999 Platform without prior written authorisation from wd999.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data (including but not limited to odds data) from the Platform by any automated means is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wd999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• wd999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
• In no event shall wd999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• wd999 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of third-party payment processing delays, network outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Suspension & Termination

wd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• wd999 is required to do so in compliance with its regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations.
• Account activity is flagged by wd999's fraud prevention, AML, or responsible gaming systems.
• You request account closure via wd999's customer support channels.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Privacy & Data

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that governing jurisdiction.
